invest shenzhen hosted a spanish business delegation comprised of executives from ais channel, enviro engineering and puente china españa on august 22. the parties discussed how to enhance economic and trade communication and cooperation between chinese and spanish companies with a focus on setting up projects in shenzhen such as ais channel's world's leading online surgical training platform and enviro engineering's environmental solutions.
ais channel, a leading online platform for surgical education, was founded by dr. antonio de lacy, an internationally renowned surgeon. this platform brings together medical elites from around the world (167 people from 27 countries) and now covers 184 countries. ais channel hopes to introduce its ultimate surgical training experience to shenzhen and then to the rest of china. this platform will allow a greater number of chinese medical elites to get more international exposure. in june of this year, a delegation led by deputy mayor ai xuefeng visited barcelona, where the delegation gained a preliminary understanding of ais channel and expressed their welcome and support for it to set up operations in shenzhen. invited by deputy mayor ai, ais channel's visit to shenzhen was aimed at further investigating investment and cooperation with shenzhen. at this meeting, invest shenzhen introduced the city's latest economic and industrial development milestones to their spanish guests and explained matters such as the government support policies, which are of particular interest to ais channel, and other issues such as coordinating collaboration with local organizations. for the next step, invest shenzhen will implement the government’s instructions and, based on excellent follow-up services available to ais channel and enviro engineering, will explore how to deepen exchanges and cooperation with spanish government agencies and companies. the two sides will jointly explore how to build a two-way communication platform between shenzhen and spanish scientific and technological enterprises so as to attract more high-quality spanish science and technology projects.
