the china (shenzhen)-italy (rome) investment conference sponsored by invest shenzhen was successfully launched in rome, italy on the morning of july 2. the guests were comprised of more than 100 executives from chinese and italian companies and representatives from community organizations. attilio massimo iannucci, former italian ambassador to china, and representatives from companies and organizations like the chinese embassy in rome, italy-china foundation, zte, byd (italy), italy leonardo group and italian national association of automobile transport were also in attendance.
deputy director of invest shenzhen, jia changsheng, and rome general leader of the italy-china foundation, andrea canapa, delivered speeches at the conference.
invest shenzhen described the chinese city’s superior conditions and elaborated on its investment environment. leonardo gcr president, federico seghesio, shared his experience of investing in china, while huang weide, director of invest shenzhen longgang, introduced the environment for innovation and entrepreneurship in his district. to conclude, the chief legal adviser of byd italy talked about the potential benefits that could be brought by italy-shenzhen cooperation.
jia changsheng said that as the leaders of the two countries are pushing china-italy relations to reach an even stronger level, there are big opportunities for shenzhen and rome to engage in deeper cooperation, which would very likely produce a "1 1>2" effect. jia said invest shenzhen stands ready to assist italian companies to invest in the city towards achieving a win-win result.
the china (shenzhen)-italy (milan) investment conference sponsored by invest shenzhen was successfully launched in milan, italy on the morning of july 4. the guests comprised of chinese and italian companies and community organizations and about 80 representatives from the participating companies. the chinese consulate-general in milan, italian-chinese chamber of commerce, ernst & young, and esaote and mairui real estate among others were also invited to attend the occasion.

invest shenzhen described the city’s superior conditions and gave details about its investment environment, while ernst & young's italian partner, alessia pastori, shed light on the opportunities and potential for italy-shenzhen cooperation. these presentations were followed by investment director of shenzhen tusincere, xiao jun, who gave an introduction of tusincere technology park.
ia changsheng said that milan is the “world’s fashion capital,” while shenzhen is the “capital of design,” and both cities are recognized as being “open” and “inclusive”. as leaders of the two countries push for stronger china-italy relations, the secretary of the shenzhen municipal party committee recently visited milan’s mayor, giuseppe sala, to promote greater results across multiple fields of cooperation. this strengthened partnership promises shenzhen and milan huge room for cooperation in culture, creativity and high-end exhibitions. invest shenzhen will assist italian companies to invest in the city towards achieving a deeper partnership, greater prosperity and make a more significant contribution to the strengthened relations of the two countries.
