on june 20th in copenhagen, the shenzhen-copenhagen investment & cooperation seminar, sponsored by invest shenzhen and co-organized by the eu-denmark international federation of enterprises, nordic innovation center, danish-chinese business forum, was successfully held in copenhagen, the capital of denmark . kasper ernest, ceo of the eu-denmark international federation of enterprises, peter schwalbe, vice chairman of the danish-chinese business forum, arild blixrud, chief adviser of the nordic innovation center and representatives from local key enterprises as well as important institutions in copenhagen attended the seminar.
a representative from invest shenzhen introduced the advantages of shenzhen including its comprehensive business environment as well as the city's policies and atmosphere for innovation and entrepreneurship. the representative also highlighted the many similarities between shenzhen and denmark in some danish key industries, such as the information and telecommunication industry, cultural and creative industries, and life sciences, and extended an invitation to the local enterprises to invest in, engage and cooperate with shenzhen. a representative from shenzhen's municipal party committee propaganda department introduced the numerous supportive policies for industries and talent the city offers. a delegation from the investment promotion center in nanshan promoted the district's business environment, emphasizing the planning and development of the high-tech northern area. kasper ernest, ceo of the eu-denmark international federation of enterprises, focused on introducing the current status and development of danish economic and trade cooperation in asia, especially in china. peter schwalbe, vice chairman of the danish-chinese business forum, shared cases of cooperation between china and denmark. arild blixrud, chief adviser at the nordic innovation center, talked about the current operations and experiences of the nordic innovation center in shenzhen. representatives from danish enterprises mainly introduced their companies' technical projects and investment plans in shenzhen. the two sides made in-depth connections and exchanges in regards to specific technologies and projects.
