on april 25 in japan in the afternoon, the investment & cooperation seminar on robot industries, sponsored by invest shenzhen and co-organized by shenzhen economic and trade representative office in japan and japan-china association on economy & trade, was successfully concluded in tokyo. morethan 100 high-level representatives from the chinese embassy in japan, japan-china association on economy & trade, japan association for the promotion of international trade, japan robot association, electronics industries association of japan as well as other japanese companies, institutions and banks attended this event. the event was the first large-scale investment event since the last event organized by shenzhen four years ago in tokyo, the capital city of japan. the seminar centered on the robot industries and attracted a number of participants from the local industries. during the seminar, the delegation from shenzhen focused on the two-prong investment promotion strategy that combined the"bringing in" and "sending out" of technology and knowledge, and invited two japanese companies, fanuc and murata, to share their investment experience in shenzhen, as well as two representative shenzhen enterprises, byd and dji, to present their development requirements in japan. the information and experience sharing played an important role in terms of information exchange and establishing the connections for future cooperation. when the seminar was concluded, many companies including mitsubishi electric, mitsubishi corp., mitsui and ushio lighting expressed great interest in investing in shenzhen, and planned to make a special trip soon to shenzhen for a more in-depth evaluation and discussion.
