between october 21 and 23, the ministry of commerce held the national investment promotion training program in hohehot, inner mongolia. wang youming, director of invest shenzhen, was invited to share his experiences in developing the modern investment promotion system, which is also called, "shenzhen mode". more than 160 officials from provincial and municipal commercial administrations, investment promotion offices and development zone administrations attended the training program.
