in a bid to implement the city’s “one belt and one road” strategic plan, strengthen cooperation in technology and innovation with scientific research institutes and enterprises from the uk, and bring in worldwide innovation resources, deputy director general of invest shenzhen jia changsheng met with the visiting delegation of the lancaster china catalyst programme, led by dion williams, technology transfer director, and dr. nick burd, director of the programme. both sides discussed the setup of an innovation & entrepreneurship express train in shenzhen, and promotion of phase ii of the lancaster china catalyst programme. after the meeting, invest shenzhen arranged a field visit for the delegation to the nanshan district government and the shekou network valley.
