on march 25, 2015, a healthcare industry delegation led by lee harrison, business ambassador for the british prime minister, visited invest shenzhen. both sides discussed cooperation in the healthcare industry. invest shenzhen introduced the city's business environment for the healthcare industry and relevant policies in support of the life and health industry. mr. harrison acknowledged the business environment in shenzhen and hoped to forge cooperation with local enterprises in digital medical treatment and health management.
the heads of several renowned groups with major investments in the city's medical industry also attended the exchange meeting, including amer international group, fosun group, ping an bank, kangmei group, and new trend international. after the meeting, invest shenzhen led the british delegation to vankes base to discuss a prospective project of building a high-end medical institution in the city.
