in buenos aires on april 21st, invest shenzhen hosted the china (shenzhen)-argentina investment and cooperation promotion conference themed, "invest shenzhen, win the future". deputy mayor chen biao attended the conference and initiated a series of local promotion events.
before the conference, chen biao discussed with political counselor zhu jingyang of the embassy of people's republic of china in argentina, director martin lettieri of the international economic development division of the ministry of foreign affairs and worship of the republic of argentina, and president carlos pedro spadone of the argentina-china chamber of commerce to enhance cooperation between argentina and shenzhen.

during his stay in buenos aires, deputy mayor chen biao also visited zte argentina, where he encouraged staff to 'step out'. the conference was hugely successful and generated a tremendous response locally.
