since the implementation of the tenancy subsidy policy in 2015, 247,881 applications have been lodged and reviewed with 218,415 issued for a total of rmb1.572942 billion. as of june 30, 2017, 2,070 start-up secured loans have been issued for a total of rmb149.992 million.
