to turn shenzhen into the country's cleanest city within three years, the urban administration will upgrade 114 garbage transfer stations and equip garbage trucks with gps (global positioning system) devices and monitoring cameras, which will allow officers to supervise the whole process of garbage collection and transportation to prevent leakage and other problems.
